About me
Hi. I am Dana, owner and founder of CoreExploreOnline. I started this business after my own journey with injuries, disconnection and PTSD. I felt like I had tried every specialist and modality, but when I found Core Energetics, this is where my life REALLY changed.
My energy stabilised, my relationships improved, my pain stopped, and my work life started having more ease. I was even able to open up a longer-term relationship with someone who I loved.
Fast forward to now, I am a qualified, experienced, and passionate Core Energetics practitioner, with a team ready to help you on their healing journey. We are committed to supporting and teaching you how to understand the messages, sensations, and feelings of your body, so we can support you to choose your own adventure in learning what you need and what works for you.
