The Core
Energetics Approach

flow eating line

Core Energetics is a unique approach to personal growth that combines psychology, body movement, emotional exploration, and energy work to help people overcome internal blocks.

Unlike traditional methods that focus solely on the mind, Core Energetics engages the body’s wisdom, enabling you to uncover and release emotions that shape your behaviours.

FlowEating integrates Core Energetics principles to address emotional and energetic blocks that may be holding you back. By combining this powerful approach with practical tools, FlowEating empowers you to move through life with greater self-awareness, freedom, and vitality. It’s a journey of self-discovery that fosters lasting change and unlocks your full potential.

About

My history with disordered eating was long and complex—shaped by cycles of bingeing, restriction, overexercising, and a constant drive to reshape my body. Growing up in a culture where food was a symbol of love, but thinness was seen as the path to acceptance, I was caught in a web of conflicting messages. For years, I assumed the chaos I felt around food and body image was simply part of life, something everyone dealt with.

Ironically, it was through seeking help for PTSD after a traumatic car accident that I began to see things differently. In that healing process, I came to understand that my relationship with food and my body wasn’t just “normal”—it was a deeply ingrained response to stress and trauma. I explored many approaches: 12-step programs, nutritional support, and therapy all gave me insight, but the internal turmoil remained. It wasn’t until I discovered Core Energetics that I was able to truly shift. This work helped me process my experiences at their roots and brought lasting change to how I felt, believed, and related to myself.

Now, with over 12 years in recovery and 7 years as a Core Energetics practitioner, I support others on their own journeys of healing. With a background in learning design and technology, I’m passionate about making this powerful and transformative work accessible to anyone ready to reconnect with themselves. We’ve all learned ways of being that helped us survive—but we also have the power to relearn patterns that bring more joy, connection, and freedom.

This program will work for you even if:

Case Studies

Jaz' Story

Before FlowEating

  • Even after years of healing, her old patterns of bingeing, control, and body shame would resurface under stress.
  • She felt overwhelmed by all the “health” information out there, constantly second-guessing herself.
  • Despite her efforts, nothing truly felt like it was made for her.

After FlowEating

  • Jaz finally uncovered why she felt so much pressure around food and body control—and learned it wasn’t her fault.
  • She discovered how much her body truly needs and how to eat in a way that actually supports her energy and wellbeing—from care, not control.
  • She now knows how to regulate her nervous system, helping her feel more emotionally balanced and grounded in everyday life.
  • Instead of feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice, Jaz learned to trust her inner compass, filtering information and making confident choices that align with what she truly wants.

Mon's Story

Before FlowEating

  • Mon often judged herself for craving “bad” foods and believed she’d only be worthy if she were thinner.
  • She wanted to be healthier but felt stuck, lacking the energy and motivation to make it happen.
  • The cycle of shame, eating, and self-criticism felt endless.

After FlowEating

  • Mon realised she had been living by internalised rules around food and her body—ones that didn’t actually reflect her real needs or values.
  • She saw how much energy she’d spent trying to control her body, and began learning how to work with it as a partner, not a problem to fix.
  • She began to eat and move in ways that felt genuinely good, not just “right” by someone else’s standards.
  • Most importantly, she started to rebuild her relationship with food—and with herself—on a foundation of trust, joy, and compassion.

You can choose your level of engagement. Most participants dedicate 2-3 hours per week, while others take a more focused approach, spending 30 minutes to 1 hour.
