The live group classes have opened up a whole new way for me to relate to my own body. The classes have helped me to work through things that I have not been able to work through in traditional therapy. I highly recommend Dana's classes. It is amazing to see how intuitive and perceptive she is, even via Zoom (she is able to notice the slightest movements and my emotional state).

The greatest gift from the classes has been being able to experience how your body feels with a regulated nervous system. It was completely new for me. The movements are conscious and low impact but consistently surprise me with the sensations they can bring. It's a safe space where you can just enjoy being. It's been lovely to just take some time out of the day for yourself and try out different movement techniques. I love the fact that there's no pressure one way or another with the moves, if you find that one move is really doing it for you that day you can choose to stay in that position, it's your time.

Dana always makes sure we feel safe, and gives us space and options to adapt to what we need at that moment. I can see a significant shift in my mindset as well as in physical areas. I'm now more able to breathe more deeply (not as easy as it sounds) and work through some emotions that come up throughout the week! I know that if I'm struggling with something in particular, I'm definitely not alone, and that I am welcome to bring whichever topic or feeling to the group and we can work on it together in an upcoming session.
